RETRACE Hospitality worked directly with the Investors behind a landmark coastal resort-cum-community-inclusive luxury surf development, a first-in-kind for the region. RETRACE Hospitality focused on a community engagement strategy, developed concepts and plans for community-based and community-inclusive luxury tourism experiences and proposed the development of a first-in-market community-based conservation initiative for the proposed Property. RETRACE Hospitality spent time on the ground at Site, connecting with and interviewing various local stakeholders (including but not limited to fishermen, farmers, surfers), assessing the ecology and socio-cultural history of the complex and diverse environment.
