Proposed business recovery plans post-Pandemic including defining of a target profile for the domestic market, including design and development of a thematic campaign to attract premium domestic travellers.

Delivered potential new collaborations, partnerships, rebranding and repositioning strategies and proposals for improvement and optimisation of resources including both CapEx and OpEx.

RETRACE Hospitality also introduced the Owner directly to several European clients.
