RETRACE Hospitality worked directly with the Owner of this privately owned coconut plantation, located off the traditional tourist route in Sri Lanka. A lush and vast property for which an innovative agri-tourism concept was developed, drawing inspiration from the property’s surroundings including rocky outcrop, forests, an iconic river, timeless villages and ancient Buddhist temples.

The concept evolves around the principals of mindfulness, wellness and nature-based experiences while integrating community-centric activities and a health-centric F&B proposition.
